Thomas Jarocki is an internationally recognized expert and leading-edge consultant when it comes to integrating project management rigor with organizational change management proficiency. As Managing Director of Emergence One International, he manages a cadre of project professionals who are adept at both project and change management. He is also a well known contributor and popular presenter with the renowned Project Management Institute (PMI). In fact, he is one of the select few to have two regular ongoing workshop as part of the prestigious PMI SeminarsWorld(R) workshop series.

An innovative practitioner and author, Thomas has pioneered the use of a single comprehensive approach (the Emergence One Method) that provides as much rigor to the human, political, and organizational change management elements as it does to traditional project tasks. He also authored the groundbreaking book: "The Next Evolution - Enhancing and Unifying Project and Change Management" which is now required reading in many university programs.

Thomas has logged nearly 25,000 hours working with various project teams in the United States, Latin America, Europe and the Middle East. With more than two decades of direct, on-the-ground experience, his innovative, methodical approach have been enthusiastically embraced by both project managers and change management practitioners alike. Clients include: Apple, Motorola, DIRECTV, Chevron, McDonalds, HP, McKesson, Cisco, Kellogg's, PepsiCo, Applied Materials, National Instruments, and Microsoft.

Prior to Emergence One, he was the Managing Principal for Oracle's ERP Organizational Change consulting practice before advancing to another prominent position with KPMG/BearingPoint. He has an advanced degree in organizational behavior from Columbia University and was part of the social sciences faculty for the University of Maryland.
